If you wish to return any of the items you have ordered, you can of course do so within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. For reasons of hygiene, you can only return unopened goods to the following address:

Enclose your delivery note for identification and further processing and mark the returned items. Our Return Policy means that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you must purchase a return label on your own. In this case, please keep the tracking number to track your return. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the value of your order to your original payment method.

We will send you the voucher conveniently by email. From there, you have the option of printing out the voucher, sending it on or redeeming it yourself later in the Hempions Shop.
