For a good start to the morning, our Good Morning Hemp Smoothie provides you with everything you need. Vitamin C from the carrot, folic acid from the apple, anti-inflammatory ginger and omega-3 and protein from the hemp seeds.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie
- 1 Apple
- 1 carrot
- 1 TBSP. Hulled hemp seeds
- Small piece of fresh ginger
- 100 ml water
- Lemon squeeze
- Optional: 4 drops CBD oil (10% = 20 mg)

Preparation
- Quarter the apple and remove the core.
- Wash the carrot and cut off the ends.
- Remove the peel from the ginger.
- Put the fruit and ginger together with water, hemp seeds, lemon juice and optional CBD oil in a blender. Blend until the fruit is completely chopped.
- Serve in a glass and enjoy.
