What do Hemp Flips taste like?
The Hemp Flips are crispy, airy and pleasantly mildly flavoured. To bring out the natural flavour of roasted hemp seeds, we have deliberately avoided excessive seasoning. This is why the full flavour only unfolds after a few flips.
Sea Salt tastes mildly nutty, Cheazy is reminiscent of creamy cheddar and Smoky Paprika impresses barbecue fans with its mild smoky flavour.

When should I eat Hemp Flips?
Ideal when you're feeling peckish between meals - especially if you want to feel light and well afterwards. As a power snack at work and on the go, after sport or simply on the couch: Hemp Flips provide plant-based protein and fibre that keep you full for a long time without being heavy on the stomach.

How many Hemp Flips per day are ideal?
One pack of Hemp Flips provides you with the recommended daily requirement of omega-3 fatty acids (as recommended by the German Nutrition Society).
You can snack as much as feels right for you - in between meals, after sport or on the sofa in the evening. If you don't want to eat it all at once, simply seal it airtight and continue snacking over the next few days.
However, you can also eat two or more packs a day without any problems.

What is in the flips and what are the advantages?
Lentils and hemp form the basis - two real nutritional stars.
They provide high-quality vegetable protein, lots of fibre and healthy omega fatty acids. The flips also contain cornflour, sunflower oil and spices. All ingredients are 100% natural, gluten-free and vegan.

How are the hemp flips made?
The flips are not heated to high temperatures during production. They are neither deep-fried nor baked, but gently extruded - similar to organic corn flips.
They are then refined with organic hemp puree, sunflower oil and spices - without any artificial additives.

Are the Hemp Flips suitable for everyone?
Yes, the Hemp Flips are organic, vegan and free from lactose, gluten and wheat.
This makes them ideal for anyone who is on a conscious diet or is sensitive to conventional snacks. Children also love the mild, natural flavour.
Note: the Sea Salt variety is best suited for histamine intolerance.
