Returns & Returns
It is a pity that you want to return your ordered items, but of course you can do so without giving any reasons within 14 days after receipt. For hygienic reasons, you can only return unopened goods to the following address:

Enclose your delivery note and mark the returned items for identification and further processing. Our returns policy states that you will be responsible for the cost of the return and you will need to purchase your own return label. In this case, please keep the tracking number to track your return. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the value of your order to your original method of payment.
