The Hempions love the delicious roasted hemp oil for flavouring all kinds of dishes. This includes soups, salads, muesli, smoothies, vegetable dishes, but the nutty oil also tastes delicious on bread and with cheese. Due to the many valuable ingredients, the oil is sensitive to heat. Therefore, it should not be heated and should only be used to refine dishes.

Just one portion of 10 ml hemp oil roasted per day covers the requirement of omega-3 fatty acids (according to the guideline values of the DGE). In addition, the polyunsaturated fatty acids in hemp oil contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels as a substitute for saturated fatty acids in the diet.
