Wrong deliveries / parcel damage
Important: if you defective or incorrect products received, we ask that you return it to us within five calendar days after receipt of the package, send an e-mail with photos of the affected package or product to support@hempions.com to send it to us. Then we can immediately forward this to the responsible office and send you a replacement.

Voucher codes

Percentage discount vouchers cannot be used together unless explicitly stated.
Unfortunately, voucher codes specified in the order note or subsequently communicated by e-mail cannot be taken into account.
Returns & Returns
It is a pity that you want to return your ordered items, but of course you can do so without giving any reasons within 14 days after receipt. For hygienic reasons, you can only return unopened goods to the following address:

Our Return Policy means that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and you must purchase a return label on your own. In this case, please keep the tracking number to track your return. Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the value of your order to your original payment method.
