Snacks have to taste good! And that’s exactly why we at Hempions don’t take any risks on your behalf. We’re confident in our Hemp Flips We’re confident in our product and want to make your purchase as easy and secure as possible:
Our Taste Guarantee
If you do so within 45 days after purchase you realise that our Hemp Flips If you don’t like the taste, you can send them back to us – and we will refund you the full price of the product.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returning the item. We recommend that you insured delivery, to ensure your return reaches us safely. 📦
Important when ordering multiple packs
When you several packs of the same product if you have ordered, you may no more than one packet opened ... so that the taste guarantee applies.
Example:
You have bought 12 packets of Hemp Flips and realise that they are not to your taste. In that case, you may one packet opened be, the rest 11 packets must remain unopened be returned.
Please state in your message, whether and how many packets have been opened.
Exceptions & Notes ❗
- Limited-edition boxes or special editions (marked with *) are excluded from the taste guarantee.
- The taste guarantee applies exclusively for orders placed via our online shop (hempions.com).
- Products purchased in high-street shops, supermarkets or from third-party retailers are excluded from the taste guarantee.
- Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal This, of course, does not affect this guarantee.
