Consent

By registering as an affiliate in the Hempions Affiliate Programme ("Programme"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Hempions reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use from time to time without prior notice. Any new features that add to or enhance the current Programme, including the release of new tools and resources, are subject to the Terms of Use. Your continued use of the Programme following any such changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such changes.

Violation of any of the terms below will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Programme at your own risk.

Account conditions

• You must be at least 16 years old to participate in this programme.
• You must be a natural person. Accounts registered using "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.
• You must provide your full name, a valid email address and all other information to complete the registration process.
• Your login may only be used by one affiliate - an account shared by multiple people is not permitted.
• You are responsible for ensuring the security of your account and password. Hempions cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any failure to comply with this security obligation.
• You are responsible for all content and activities that occur under your account.
• You must not use the Programme for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You must not use the Service in violation of any laws in your country (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You may the partner programme not to use it to report on your own purchases at Hempions Earn money. Such purchases may (at our sole discretion) result in the brokerage fee being retained and / or the agreement being terminated.
• You have to take care of the taxation of the commission income and the social security contributions yourself.

Links / graphics on your website, in your emails or other communications

Once you have signed up for the affiliate programme, you will receive a unique affiliate code. You may place links, banners or other graphics with your affiliate code on your website, in your emails or in other communication platforms. We will provide you with guidelines, linking styles and graphics that you can use to link to your affiliate code. Hempions you can use. We may change the design of the graphics at any time without notice. However, the dimensions of the images will not be changed without prior notice.

To enable accurate tracking, reporting and crediting of commissions, we provide you with special Link formats available in all links between your website and the Hempions can be used. Agency fees / commissions and payment

For a product sale to be eligible to receive a referral fee, the customer must click on an affiliate link from your website, email or other communication and complete an order for a product during that session.

Commissions are only paid on links that are automatically tracked and reported by our systems. We do not pay commissions when someone says they have bought or someone says they have entered a referral code if it has not been recorded by our system. We can only pay commissions on business generated by properly formatted affiliate links that are automatically tracked by our systems.

We reserve the right to disqualify commissions obtained through fraudulent, illegal or overly aggressive, questionable sales or marketing methods.

Payments only start when you have more than 20 € earned affiliate income. If your affiliate account never reaches the threshold from €20 your commissions will not be realised or paid. We are only responsible for the payment of accounts that exceed the threshold. from €20 have exceeded.

Identification as Hempions Affiliate

You may not issue a press release about this Agreement or your participation in the Programme. Such action may result in your termination from the Programme. Payment plan

Because price changes may affect products you have listed on your website, you should not display product prices on your website. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the development, operation and maintenance of your website and for all materials that appear on your website. For example, you are solely responsible for:

- the technical operation of your website and all associated equipment
- the display of affiliate links on your website
- the accuracy, correctness and appropriateness of the materials posted on your website (including any product-related materials and any information you include in or link to affiliate links)
- ensuring that your website does not infringe the rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark and other personal property rights)
- ensuring that material published on your website is not defamatory or otherwise illegal.
- Ensuring that your website accurately and appropriately discloses, through privacy policies or otherwise, how you collect, use, store and share information collected from visitors, including locations.

Duration of the agreement and the programme

The term of this Agreement will begin upon acceptance of your Program Application and end upon termination by either party. Either you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination of this Agreement for any reason, you will cease using all links to the Programme. https://hempions.com and immediately terminate and remove from your website all of our trademarks, trade dress and logos and any other materials provided to you by us in connection with the Programme. Hempions reserve the right to terminate the programme at any time. Termination

Relationship of the parties

You and Hempions are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between the parties. You are not authorised to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statements, whether on your website or otherwise, that contradict the circumstances set out in this section.

Limitations of liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages (or loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Programme, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In addition, our total liability arising under this Agreement and the Programme does not exceed the total transfer fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.

Disclaimer

We make no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Programme or any products sold through the Programme (including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or implied warranties arising out of any course of performance, course of dealing or course of dealing). Furthermore, we do not assume any Assurance, that the website of the Hempions GmbH uninterrupted or error-free, and we shall not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
