Application and dosage of CBD ointments & creams

The product "Flinoa cbd ointment" is labelled with 300 mg cbd, 30 ml, and costs 35 euros. To be honest, I'm not sure whether the high-dose CBD balm is at all suitable for my "purposes" or is used more for sports and muscle complaints. But we will certainly be able to clarify that!
