Dosage:
For a cup of hemp tea, we recommend pouring hot water over about 1 teaspoon of hemp leaves and leaving the tea to infuse for up to 10 minutes. Due to its high quality, the tea is not bound to an exact infusion time and can also be infused twice. If you want to optimise the absorption of the valuable ingredients such as the fat-soluble terpenes, you can add a few drops of vegetable oil or a dash of milk.
