What is organic hemp butter?

Organic hemp puree is a regional alternative to conventional nut purees and is made from hulled organic hemp seeds from selected farmers. In order to combine flavour and nutrients in the best possible way, the hulled hemp seeds are gently roasted and then processed into puree purely mechanically and without the addition of oil. The result is a creamy puree with a nutty, mild flavour that can be perfectly integrated into your healthy diet. The nutrients in hemp puree are highly bioavailable and the natural composition makes hemp puree particularly well tolerated. It provides important minerals, vitamins, protein and healthy fats, especially omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.

Natural organic hemp puree is made 100% from hulled organic hemp seeds and a pinch of rock salt. It is free from additional oil, additives or additives. During production, the hemp seeds are gently roasted with hot air and then processed into puree. Hemp puree is suitable for the ketogenic diet and naturally contains very small amounts of sugar, with no added sugar. Our hemp puree is only made from selected hemp seeds from Northern Europe, whereby we primarily focus on a high protein and omega-3 fatty acid content. At the same time, we source hemp seeds from regions with particularly healthy soils without pollutants. This means that the content of important minerals such as iron, magnesium and zinc in hemp puree is also particularly high. High purity and gentle processing also ensure a fine, nutty flavour without bitter or astringent notes, as is often the case with comparable products. In addition, we consistently avoid using hemp seeds from countries outside the EU, such as China.

Application, dosage and effect of organic hemp butter

Application recommendation:

Hemp purée is a versatile substitute for nut purée and adds a nutty note and creamy texture to many dishes and provides more flavour. Hemp puree goes well at any time of day:

• for breakfast as a spread, in muesli, smoothies or on pancakes.
• on your snack or as a nutty-sweet snack together with a date and a little cinnamon or cocoa
• As a topping for curries, to make sauces creamier, for salad dressings, hummus or desserts.

Dosage:

To maximise the benefits, we recommend using around 1 tablespoon (20 g) of hemp puree per day. This amount covers the daily requirement of important omega-3 fatty acids (according to the DGE) and provides your body with other nutrients such as high-quality protein, iron, magnesium, zinc and vitamins B & E. With this dosage, you provide a basis of important nutrients and thus support your health, from digestion to muscle building and maintenance.

Effect:

The positive effect of hemp puree is based on its high content of easily digestible protein, fibre and important minerals. These nutrients support general health and vitality. Proteins contribute to the increase and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of normal bones. Fibre supports normal bowel function.
