Roasted hemp oil
For Hemp Oil Roasted, hulled hemp seeds are gently roasted and cold-pressed in small batches. This ensures an intense, nutty flavour while preserving the valuable omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Particularly popular with top chefs who want to give their dishes that certain something.
Organic Hemp Oil Classic
In Hemp Oil Classic, the raw, unpeeled hemp seeds are gently cold-pressed. This gives the hemp oil its nutty flavour and a delicate aroma of fresh hay flowers. In addition, valuable secondary plant substances in the husk are retained, giving the oil its greenish colour.

What is organic hemp seed oil?
Hemp oil or hemp seed oil is a natural edible oil, cold-pressed from hemp seeds in the best organic quality. Thanks to its ideal ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids and high vitamin E content, it is one of the most valuable edible oils available. High-quality hemp oil also has a delicate nutty flavour and is ideal for refining hot and cold dishes. In order to preserve the valuable omega-3 fatty acids, hemp oil should not be heated to high temperatures - up to a maximum of 120° C. Hemp oil is therefore not suitable for frying or baking.
Natural organic hemp seed oil is free from additives and is gently cold-pressed. The suspended matter then settles over several days before the pure hemp oil is bottled. Natural hemp oil is unrefined and the ideal choice to support a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Application, dosage and effect of organic hemp oil
Application recommendation:
- Hemp oil ClassicWith its nutty, mild flavour and a hint of fresh hay flowers, it harmonises particularly well with herbs and hearty salads.
- Roasted hemp oilWith its intensely nutty flavour, which is highly appreciated in top cuisine, it goes perfectly with porridge, muesli, salads, cooked vegetables, desserts and for refining hummus and dips.
Dosage:
To benefit from the advantages of hemp oil, we recommend using 2 teaspoons of hemp oil daily. This amount alone covers your daily requirement of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids in the correct ratio (according to DGE recommendations). Thanks to the special cap, our hemp oil is particularly easy to dose. Once opened, the hemp oil stays fresh in the fridge for up to 6 months.
Effect:
The essential omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids and vitamin E are primarily responsible for the positive effect of hemp oil on the body. These support general health and vitality. The balanced intake of omega-3 and omega-6 promotes healthy heart function and can have an anti-inflammatory effect.
