Golden hemp milk for golden days

Overview
To multiply the anti-inflammatory effect of turmeric, a little black pepper can be added optionally. The "piperine" in high-quality black pepper is responsible for this effect.
Golden hemp milk is vegan, gluten-free and generally very well tolerated.
Ingredients for 1 glass of golden hemp milk
- 2 TBSP. Hulled hemp seeds
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp each turmeric, cinnamon and ginger
- 15 g dates, raw cane sugar or honey for sweetening

Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend until creamy and enjoy.
To warm up in winter, you can prepare the golden hemp milk with hot water. In summer, however, cold water and ice cubes are the better choice for a refreshing drink.
