Overview
Spices such as vanilla, cinnamon, orange zest and ginger give the smoothie bowl a special touch. For a nutritional kick, you can also add germinated hemp seeds or add buckwheat to the fruit when blending or use as a vital topping.

Ingredients for Hemp Smoothie Bowl
- 1 banana
- 2 apples
- 2 small carrots
- 4 TBSP. Hemp Protein High Fiber or Premium
- 4 tbsp hemp seeds peeled
- 60 g blueberries or raspberries
- Optional: Hemp Granola

- In the first step, put the banana, apple, carrot and half of the berries in a blender and blend until you have a thick puree.
- Alternatively, the hemp protein can already be added in the blender.
- Then pour the puree into a bowl. Garnish with the remaining berries, hemp protein and hemp seeds.
- Optionally, the bowl can also be refined with hemp crunchies, hemp oil, coconut flakes, other seeds and fruits. Hemp granola is particularly suitable as a crunchy topping.
