For a good start to the morning, our Good Morning Hemp Smoothie provides you with everything you need. Vitamin C from the carrot, folic acid from the apple, anti-inflammatory ginger and omega-3 and protein from the hemp seeds.

Ingredients for 1 smoothie

  • 1 Apple
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 TBSP. Hulled hemp seeds
  • Small piece of fresh ginger
  • 100 ml water
  • Lemon squeeze
  • Optional: 4 drops CBD oil (10% = 20 mg)

Preparation

  1. Quarter the apple and remove the core.
  2. Wash the carrot and cut off the ends.
  3. Remove the peel from the ginger.
  4. Put the fruit and ginger together with water, hemp seeds, lemon juice and optional CBD oil in a blender. Blend until the fruit is completely chopped.
  5. Serve in a glass and enjoy.
