Ingredients for 200g hemp nut butter

- ½ tsp salt
You also need a powerful blender, preferably with a rotating blade.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
easy
- Put the peeled (roasted) hemp seeds in the blender with the salt.
- Mix and add hemp oil, if necessary use a spatula to add the mixture downwards
- Mix again and spatula the mixture downwards.
- Repeat mixing and spatulaing until the desired nut butter consistency is reached.
- Crunchie hemp butter: simply add Hemp Crunchies Nature to the finished hemp butter and fold in.
- Chocolate hemp butter: replace the salt with sugar and cocoa, we recommend 1 tablespoon each.
- Hemp spread cheese: For a cheese-like taste, add 3 heaped tablespoons of yeast flakes and pepper to the hemp butter before mixing. The yeast flakes also give the hemp butter a natural spice.
- Herbal hemp butter: You can use dried or fresh herbs and add them to the ingredients before mixing. Caution: especially fresh herbs reduce the shelf life of the nut butter.
